Refund Policy

• Please note that all orders are final sale for reasons of safety and protection against avian infection. No returns or refunds.
• Unfortunately, if the format or color of the toys does not suit you, we cannot issue a refund. It is your responsibility to carefully read the description of the items.
• If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us at info@latelierplume.ca. Proof of damaged items may be requested from you.

Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 3-10 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Packages are shipped by Canada Post and delivery charges may vary depending on the weight of your package. These charges may be subject to change.
• Before finalizing your order, it is important to verify your personal information (address, apartment number, etc.). In the event of an error, the cost of returning the order to the feather workshop and the return of the package to the correct address will be charged to you.
• L'atelier plume offers delivery only in Canada.

Terms of use

Rights

L'atelier plume reserves all rights to its logo, images, texts and videos on its website. In no case the content that appears on the site has the right to be used or reproduced, except with the authorization of the feather workshop.

Payments

Payments are made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The entire order must be paid before sending.

Picking

If you live in Quebec and the surrounding area, you can pick up your order at the feather workshop to avoid delivery costs. This service is free. Pickup is by appointment. You have 5 days when the order is finalized to pick up your order. After this time, it will no longer be possible to pick up your order and no refund can be made. If you cannot pick up your order or you have clicked on this option by mistake, please contact us at info@latelierplume.ca.

To make an appointment, please email us at info@latelierplume.ca. Depending on our availability, we will determine a day and time of appointment. The address will be provided to you in due time.

The feather workshop is located in Beauport (Quebec).

Products

All our products are handmade with safe materials from Canada. We do everything in our power to create and manufacture safe toys for your parrots.

However, accidents can happen quickly. We recommend that you always supervise your parrot when he is playing with his toys. If you feel a toy is becoming too dangerous, remove it from the parrot's environment and discard it.

In the event of an accident, the feather workshop disclaims all liability.

Acceptance of terms

In case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions, the feather workshop reserves the right to refuse an order.

Anyone lacking respect for customers or the feather workshop could be refused any purchase at the online store.

Order Acceptance Policy
